Tetra Pak i-SITE
Branded Environment / Corporate Broadcasting
A temporary, multi-camera broadcast environment created for Tetra Pak at its production facility in Modena, Italy.
Working within Tetra Pak's corporate identity, I translated its distinctive graphic language of sweeping curves, intersecting lines and colour into three-dimensional structures.
Three individually branded presentation pods — Finance, News and Your Turn — were arranged around a central discussion area, creating a fully functioning television studio within an industrial setting.
Translating the Brand
The design took its visual cues directly from Tetra Pak's brand guidelines and standards. Curved forms, layered surfaces and a defined colour palette were developed into a family of presentation structures, each with its own editorial identity.
The same graphic language informed the wider spatial layout, connecting the individual stages with the central audience area.
Design Development
3D visualisations, construction drawings and fabrication details developed the three presentation pods into buildable structures, incorporating layered painted and Perspex surfaces, curved desks and integrated branding.
A mixture of sketches, technical hand drawings, CAD models created in SketchUp and Vector Works were used to communicate the design to clients and fabricators.
The Broadcast Environment
Installed within Tetra Pak's factory in Modena, the three stages provided distinct locations for presentations and interviews. A central discussion area and informal café-style seating brought the individual elements together, while the surrounding production machinery remained visible as part of the setting.
